二、研究方向

1、蛋白纳米粒的仿生合成及其在肿瘤成像与治疗中的应用:通过蛋白纳米反应器的仿生合成原理,合成靶向性的载药蛋白纳米粒,并通过功能化修饰,实现超灵敏、高空间分辨的多模态成像(近红外荧光、MRISPECT/CT、光声等),以及高效的肿瘤靶向治疗作用。

2、肿瘤靶向纳米药物的研究:构建多功能、靶向性、智能化的聚合物纳米载药系统,实现肿瘤的协同增效治疗(光热治疗、化疗、光动力学治疗等),并探索纳米载体的细胞内协同增效新机制(synergistic effect)。

三、主要成绩及研究成果

作为课题负责人承担了国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金、面上项目以及青年基金、以及江苏省“双创计划”、“苏州市高等院校、科研院所紧缺高层次人才引进资助计划”等国家、省市项目;作为核心成员,参与了“双创计划(团队)”项目、江苏省“特种医学”优势学科、“江苏省重大神经精神疾病诊疗技术研究重点实验室”建设项目等。在教学方面,参与了《药剂学》、《纳米医药》、《药学研究进展》等本科研究生课程的教学工作。迄今为止,发表SCI论文四十余篇,其中作为通讯/第一作者Adv Mater, JACS, ACS Nano, Adv Funct Mater, Biomaterials, Theranostics, J Control Release杂志上发表论文20余篇;参编专著《纳米药物》、《Bioinspired and Biomimetic Systems for Drug and Gene Delivery》、《Advances in Nanotheranostics II: Cancer Theranostic Nanomedicine》等,获得中国发明专利4项。
