Education:

1981-1987  Faculty of Dentistry, Tohoku University. Awarded the degree of D.D.S.

1987-1991  Department of Dental Radiology and Radiation Research, Tokyo Medical and Dental

          University. Awarded the degree of Ph.D. in radiobiology for a thesis entitled “Role of glutathione in the intrinsic radioresistance of cell lines from a mouse squamous cell carcinoma.” Work supervised by Professor Takehito Sasaki.

Research and professional experience:

1992-1994Postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Microbiology, Jefferson Cancer Institute, Thomas Jefferson University, working with Professor Renato Baserga on the role of IGF-I receptor in cell growth and transformation.

1995-2000  Assistant Professor at the Department of Dental Radiology and Radiation Research,

          Tokyo Medical and Dental University.

2000-2006  Associate Professor at the Department of Molecular Diagnosis and Therapeutics,

          Graduate School, Tokyo Medical and Dental University.

2006-2008Associate Professor at the Department of Oral Radiation Oncology, Graduate School,Tokyo Medical and Dental University.

2008-present Professor at the Department of Oral Radiation Oncology, Graduate School of Medical and Dental Sciences, Tokyo Medical and Dental University.

三浦教授(Masahiko Miura)主要研究领域为头颈部放射肿瘤治疗学、辐射下肿瘤微环境血管新生，细胞周期调控机制，DNA损失修复机制等，总计发表学术论文53篇，并多次受邀请在日本国内学术会议和国际学术会议发表。本次利于活细胞周期指示剂(Fucci)，观察辐射下肿瘤细胞周期变化及其调控规律，就制定临床立体定向放射治疗(SBRT)进行探讨。
