201811月回国加入苏州大学欧洲杯官网分子影像与核医学研究中心2019年获江苏特聘教授,江苏省双创博士人才项目,2021年获得国家海外高层次人才青年项目,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金,江苏省青年基金各1项。主要从事发展光学,核医学等分子探针用于分子影像的研究。研究领域涉及分子影像,纳米医学,转化医学等交叉领域。迄今为止Nature Biotechnology, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Advanced Materials等国际核心学术期刊上发表研究论文30多篇。先后获得中国专利3项、新加坡专利2项。

 

学习、工作经历:

2006-2010安徽大学化学系本科

2010-2015中国科学技术大学化学系博士(导师:梁高林教授)

2015-2018新加坡南洋理工大学博士后(合作导师:Kanyi Pu 教授)

 

研究方向:

激活探针设计及生物医学应用:针对生物蛋白酶,pH ROS等与生命活动相关的生物标志物设计激活探针,用于肿瘤等疾病的早期诊断;

智能自组装纳米材料的开发及生物学应用:基于多种组装体系,开发一系列智能组装纳米体系,用于生物传感、载药及可控释放,组织工程等方面的应用研究;

开发光学成像、光声成像、核素成像等多种分子影像技术及其在临床肿瘤早期诊断、皮肤瘢痕、药物毒性检测等转化医学的应用研究。
